The topsheet is clothlike and gentle against your skin to reduce pressure points and skin friction. The superabsorbent core minimizes unpleasant odors by absorbing and locking in up to 34 oz of urine (for reference, the average adult releases 8-12 oz, or 1-1.5 cups, when they urinate). Fluid in the core will not be forced out due to body movement. 30" x 36" underpad is ideal for use on beds, furniture and other soft surfaces. These work the best for us
These under pads work superbly. We have tried several brands, from amazon, pharmacies etc...So far these are the only ones which absorb quite a large quantity of urine during night time incontinence. The size is good, only requiring one pad, fortunately the person who uses them sleeps pretty still during the night time. These work really great but also , we use the other products, the tranquility disposable pull-ups underwear along with the booster pads just to give you an idea of the severity of our incontinence issues. Since we have started using this brand, we have been able to limit our laundry loads.
