Dear Customers,

As a valued member of the Comfort Plus Family, we want to keep you updated on the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. As we continue to monitor, we are following the  guidelines of the CDC and local health authorities to keep our customers and staff healthy and safe.

At this point, COVID-19 is not impacting our current business operations, meaning that our customers may continue to purchase their incontinence supplies without interruption. However, the current situation is constantly evolving as new information becomes available. Should our business operations become impacted, we will notify you of this and provide alternative solutions.

During this time, we hope that you are taking precautions to remain healthy and safe. The CDC is suggesting the following actions to protect yourself against COVID-19:

• Wash your hands often – with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth – you may become infected if you touch your face when your hands contain the virus

• Avoid contact with others – especially with people who are sick, but also put distance between yourself and others if COVId-19 is spreading in your community

• Clean and disinfect – frequently touched surfaces should be cleaned and disinfect daily, if possible

The CDC has also suggested that adults aged 60 and over, and those with underlying health conditions, avoid large crowds and going out unnecessarily. We thank you for your continued loyalty and support and wish you and your family health and safety during this time.
